David Aviv
Vice President, Advanced Services
Mr. Aviv leads the strategy for Radware’s carrier market solutions for both fixed and mobile operators. As Vice President, Advanced Services, he draws upon decades of expertise in the telecommunications sector and works closely with service provider executives and industry analysts to ensure Radware solutions meet market needs for optimizing IP service operations. Mr. Aviv’s team provides technology and marketing direction and support across the Radware organization. Mr. Aviv also currently holds the position of the Technical Chairman of the Israeli Telecom Standards body.
Prior to his appointment at Radware, Mr. Aviv served at Ofek, an Israeli ILEC, as the Vice President of Engineering. Mr. Aviv led the design and development of a new, “all IP”, national carrier network based on wireless access technologies. He also functioned as the head of Ofek’s consulting group. Before joining Ofek, Mr. Aviv led the design and implementation of various enterprise-scale communication systems.
Mr. Aviv holds a B.S. cum laude from Ben-Gurion University and an M.S. cum laude from Tel Aviv University. Mr. Aviv also earned a Ph.D from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California.

Renaud Bidou
Senior Security Specialist, EMEA
Renaud Bidou is a Security Specialist for Radware in EMEA. He is responsible for project management for strategic customers (Telcos, FBI and service providers) with a focus on complex security issues including security audits, forensics analysis, disaster recovery and security log management.
Specialized in this field, Mr. Bidou held multiple Security Advisor positions for several telecommunications operators, with reponsibilities for overseeing security system implementations. In 2000, Mr. Bidou created the first French Security Supervision Center.
Mr. Bidou lectures at various French Universities and Engineering Schools. He is a repeat speaker at the Black Hat and CanSecWest Security Conferences and has published in specialized IT security magazines. Mr. Bidou has a degree in Software Engineering from ISEP.

Avi Chesla
Vice President, Security Products
Mr. Chesla manages Radware’s security business unit and the security roadmap for the company’s network intrusion prevention system. Mr. Chesla is also responsible for specific patent pending applications, evaluating OEM opportunities and representing the company’s product, technology and future directions to industry analysts and major account prospects.
Prior to joining Radware, Mr. Chesla worked at V-Secure Technologies and held the CTO and Vice President of Product Strategy positions. Mr. Chesla also directed V-Secure’s technology partnerships, including the partnership that ended in the acquisition of V-Secure by Radware in 2005.
A member of ICSA Labs, which offers international vendor-neutral testing and certification of security products, Mr. Chesla has authored a number of articles for major information security publications and has earned a number of patents related to network security. Mr. Chesla holds a B.S. in physics and mathematics from Tel Aviv University.

Ron Meyran
Product Manager, Security
Mr. Meyran manages the product marketing and management activities of Radware's security products division. His responsibilities include: go-to-market strategy and planning; new product version visioning and release management; analyst education; and the support of key project activities for worldwide customers in both the enterprise and carrier markets.
Prior to joining Radware as Product Manager in 2003, Mr. Meyran worked at BrightCom Technologies, where he served as Product Manager for the company’s Bluetooth product line of application processors, chip and software platforms, which are designed to enable the development of smart products that can communicate over the Bluetooth wireless standard. Previously, he acted as a senior communications and security consultant for projects spanning carrier network planning to secured sites designed for financial enterprises.
Mr. Meyran’s views have been published in several IT & security industry magazines, including Financial Services Technology and Embedded Computing Design. He is also a frequent speaker on the conference circuit and has been invited to lecture as an expert commentator. Mr. Meyran holds a B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from Ben-Gurion University and MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Roy Zisapel
Chief Executive Office and President
Roy Zisapel is the co-founder of Radware. Since its inception in April 1997, he has served as Chief Executive Officer, President and as a Director at Radware.
Mr. Zisapel has B.Sc. Summa Cum Laude from Tel Aviv University in Computer Science and Mathematics. He has won numerous awards including International Wolf Prize for research students in 1995, Head of Intelligence Corps Project of the Year in 1994 and Central Intelligence Unit Outstanding Project in 1993. He also holds several US patents in the areas of global load balancing, network proximity, traffic redirection and multi-homing.
